Cancellation Policy
*For basic services: $25 cancellation fee will be required before future service if not cancelled with 24 hr notice.
*For Weaves/Extensions: You are required to give a minimum of 24hr notice for changes /cancellations to keep your deposit. If notice is give your deposit will remain on file for 30days. If you do not reschedule within 30 days you, you will be required to make a new deposit for service.
Before being Serviced...
*Deposits for weave services must be paid in advance to hold your upcoming appointment
* Pre-Pay discounts apply only to regular Full price services. It can not be used in relation to already discounted services, Hair bundles or promotional rates unless noted... You will be charged the difference for the services that do NOT meet the above criteria.
